Single POA

As part of this retainer we will provide the following services, all of which are included in the fee that has been quoted to you:

• A video conference to discuss your power of attorney and receive instructions from you
• Drafting either 1 Power of Attorney for Property or 1 Power of Attorney for Personal Care as per your instructions
• Providing you with the draft power of attorney as well as instructions on how to sign the power of attorney on your own

The fee quoted to you will not include the following additional services:

• Meeting you at our office to complete the signing of your Power of Attorney
• Receiving instructions from you after the power of attorney has been prepared which are materially different from those previously given
