- Negotiation of the agreement with any third parties including your customers
- Resolving any disagreements between shareholders, directors or officers of the Corporation with respect to the Agreement or any other matter
- Making any revisions to the agreement after preparation of the agreement or beyond the options provided in our pre-defined packages
